The Newport Irrigation Priority Member program requires a six (6) month minimum commitment from the date of enrollment.
Because seasonal irrigation services are front-loaded and scheduled in advance, members agree to remain enrolled for a minimum of six months.
If a cancellation request is submitted before the six-month commitment has been completed:
The remaining balance of the six-month term may be charged, or
Membership billing will continue until the full six-month commitment has been satisfied.
Newport Avenue Landscaping reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on services already performed.
After the initial six-month commitment has been fulfilled, membership continues on a month-to-month basis.
Members may cancel at any time after the six-month minimum by submitting a cancellation request.
A 14-day written notice is required.
Cancellation requests must be submitted directly through Newport Avenue Landscaping using the official cancellation request process.
Billing will stop after the notice period has concluded.
Membership benefits apply only while the account is active and in good standing.
Services already performed are non-refundable.
Membership is tied to the irrigation system at the service address.
Newport Avenue Landscaping reserves the right to modify membership pricing annually with prior notice.
